Damages or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect,
contact us as soon as possible after delivery so we can
evaluate the issue and provide support. Include your order number and clear
photos of the item, inner packaging, and outer carton where possible.
Submitting complete details helps us respond quickly and
find the best resolution.
Non Returnable and Non Refundable Items
All products sold by Vemart Paints are non returnable and
non refundable. Orders cannot be exchanged for other items or shades.
